It must be hard for both of you, but hang in there and hopefully things will start stabilising soon even if slowly. There are so mamny different approaches and ways that can be tried, and when you've tried pretty much everything and it still doesn't change things we sometimes have to accept what we have in front of us. Like when I accepted that no end of WI/WO, shorter/longer A times, earlier bedtimes etc was going to make Lois sleep more than 10.5 hrs, and I started working WITH that instead, things slowly started to improve and as we were being consistent over time she had a chance to settle in to a routine again and we finally found something that worked.
You've been so patient and strong through this Rachael. I know how hard EW is and you've had more than me. Lets just be grateful you don't have NW too on top of this.
So even if you push the day later and she still wakes same time, don't give up too soon. It'll take her a while to catch on and sleep later probably. Hugs!

Hi sorry not been on today, been a zoo day with both kids so rather hectic!

Well you have obviously had some great advice from everyone

Yes you are in a situation where she does about 10.5 hrs, sometimes more. And naps of 1,20, sometimes more. Given her age I think the secret will be to just keep an eye on those 2 figures and how she seems and if they drop, or she seems tired then the occasional catnap just wont hurt, its natural!!! Honestly my DD1 was a better sleeper but every day was not "normal", sometimes they need to catch up with extra sleep, other times they are really happy with less

If you do this then I think you will be able to edge the day later and later, ever so gradually and get that later wake up time

I do remember big time sleep deprevation from when both DD's had gastric issues until they were 6-7 months old. I understand the depression you feel and how it impacts your whole life. Yes take a lie in at least one day at weekends (both days if you are always the one getting up for her!!) with ear plugs and eye cover (not sexy but it works for me, I get some of my deepest sleep then!), maybe alternate early to bed nights and not so early

But I hope you do feel you have come a little way in the last week or so. she is largely STTN which is really great becuase, if I recall correctly, she had hardly done that much before? I just do still feel that the long term sleep issues our lo's have had mean that being that little bit firmer with WIWO did help?

And of course dont mind you opening another thread, I did many many many during our 2 to 1 switch. Will mark my spot. Away this weekend so will catch up soon

Take care
