Is clicking always bad?

I noticed a few days ago that DD clicks when she feeds. More first thing in the AM when I am really full (she STTN) but at other times as well.

Her latch looks and feels fine. I'm not hurting before, after or during the feed.

Do I need to be worried?

At this stage in the game, and if your nipps arent sore, clicking is her way of coping with the flow...flow is obviously faster when you're full (so you notice this more in the AM), so when its a bit much for her she breaks the latch, hence the clicking sound.

So, in answer to your qu, no its not a problem if she's happy and you feel her latch is good. Your supply will settle down over time  :-*

I think it's the flow and your supply as well, esp considering the amounts of milk you are expressing as well as feeding your dd xx
