my 7 week old son has reflux and im wondering about activities for him. he can handle 5 mins of tummy time before it hurts too much and when i put him on his back he throws up everywhere, i change his nappy on his back on the floor and he seems to like it but after about 15 mins he gets cranky very quickly, i have a rocker for him but im wondering if this is ok for him to sit in it for the rest of his awake time. i sit with him for 15 mins or so smiling, chatting and moving a small toy cow through his line of vision, he does follow it with his eyes, is this enough stimulation for him?
