Each recipe can be made without one or more of the 'big four' allergens - eggs, dairy, nuts and gluten. It's become a godsend for adapting food for ds1 (egg & peanut allergy). I can personally attest that the meatload, moussaka, fairy cakes, chocolate layer cake, peach-topped cheesecake & carrot cake are family favourites.
