Thanks Enna - I will have a look.  At the moment, I don't think we need to do wi/wo yet for the NWs.

The night went pretty well - she cried out at around 11:30pm but just one cry...who knows why?  Then she was whining quite a bit around 5am, when I finally couldn't stand it anymore, DH went in and gave her some water and she drank a bunch - so she was thirsty.  Then she went back to sleep until 7ish.  That kind of reinforces to me that her NWs are UT related.  Does that sound right to you guys?

:) I think now that you have stopped picking up and intervening so much at night the NW's are more routine related than prop related, kwim.

Let's see what next few nights bring xx

:)  Last night she had 4h A time before bed, went to sleep right away. ;D  I know she was up at least twice during the night, making little whiny noises, but settled herself so we didn't have to go in at all. :)  So I will continue to give her the longer A time before bed, unless she has a particularly tiring day.

Thanks for all your help!  I'm sure I'll be back as soon as something else goes wrong! :P :P :)

That's great Angela. People keep telling me that noises at night are normal and fine :)  So I think you have to expect some of that at least. Yey for not having to go in!!!! :)

good news - she STTN last night.  I didn't hear anything from her so she slept from 8pm to 7am.  I'm assuming she didn't wake, but she might have; we are keeping the monitor turned lower now. :)  I hope tonight is a good one too. :)

Now if only I could the solve the problem of DH's snoring.... :P ;D

SUPER!  That is so great.  I think keeping the monitor lower is good too, that way you give her time to settle and she will let you know if she really needs you :)

Angela - I have our monitor on lights only but its right on my bedside table. If shes upset I can still hear her but I have the lights on just so if I 'think' I hear something I can check.

Ummmm....bad night here last night.  She went to sleep right away around 8pm, after 4h A time, but she cried out around 10:10pm but settled herself.  Then around midnight she was thrashing around, VERY restless...DH didn't go in until she was crying.  He gave her water and she quieted down, but started crying again.  Then he gave her Camilia, but she wouldn't settle.  Finally after several times of leaving her and going back to her, she started REALLY SUPER crying, and he went to her; I think he finally held her to sleep.

I'm thinking she was OT?  Maybe the last couple nights of a longer A time before bed has made her OT?  The only thing we did differently last night was we gave Z and X a bath together.... could that make her OS/OT?  Argh!!!  I'm so tired.

I don't know, I guess it could be OT.  Do you think it could be teething and she needed something stronger than Camilia?  Last week James was getting OT for some reason, I think we had two bed times a little later than usual.  Anyway, I let him sleep 15 more min during the day and it seemed to have worked well, you could try that.

Not to highjack but I know Enna has been checking this thread, not sure about the birth club

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ENNA'S DD!!!   :-*
