I have lost about 23 pounds in the last 2 months. I still have
at least 25 pounds that I need to lose to be at a healthy weight.
My DD is 3 months old and I just have this niggling worry that I'm losing weight too quickly and may be jeopardizing my supply--even though there's no indication of that.
I'm not doing any sort of crazy diet. I'm not counting calories or grams of anything. I'm just eating (mostly

) nutrient-dense food (fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean protein) only when I'm hungry and stopping at satisfication (lots of focus on honoring hunger/satisfaction signals). I am also off dairy and soy because DD is intolerant. I'm sure that my not eating cheese and ice cream as helped with the weight loss. I was exercising regularly (2 mile brisk walk, pilates and hand weights), but then I got a stress fracture, so no more walking--just pilates and hand weights.
Does this all sound okay? I'm a worrier. I love that I'm losing weight. I don't want to start eating when I'm not hungry, which I'd have to do to slow the weightloss. Yet, I don't want to do anything to mess up breastfeeding.
