I maybe answering more questions than you are asking, but this is what I have done with my kids and nieces and nephews when I have stayed with them (babysat) in hotels.
I refrigerator is helpful. Even a little one. If you don't have a refrigerator, then I just brought enough baby food jars (or purchase enough) and know that some might be wasted.
Does your lo sit up well? I brought some baby type chairs when I could (Bumbo, anything with a little support). Also possible to feed while sitting on your lap or if you have the help of someone else.
I fed cereal (oatmeal). Then a fruit that was not too dark such as pears or mangos. I was looking to cut down on stains in clothes. having to do laundry, having to bring a lot of extra clothes for me or baby in case of messes.
Another idea is to buy jars of food that contain cereal and fruit.
Don't forget baby spoons, bowls that you can take with you while you are out. Maybe ones with lids if you have them. I had some baggies to put spoons in while out and about. Also used paper towels to keep spoons clean. Bibs that can be wiped off/dry quickly. I brought a small bottle of dish soap. Didn't care to use dishwashers if I had the option of them. I brought a basin to wash dishes. Paper towels. I had an extra worry of germs as my lo is a preemie and I need to be careful for quite awhile. As a result, I brought some sanitizing wipes to wipe down counters or tables you might be using/preparing food on. Also brought hand wipes for when we were out or a sanitizing gel (for the adults) feeding the child. We were visiting farms etc. so it was not always so clean.
