Those with wheat allergy...

My friend gave me this awesome recipe for oatmeal pancakes. They were a hit with the entire family  ;D

1/2 cup oatmeal (I use the old fashioned kind)
1/4 cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Blend in blender until smooth batter forms.  Cook like a regular pancake!

I doubled the recipe and got 6 medium size pancakes.

They sound yummy! I've got an intolerance to wheat myself and not sure about Dd as she's got lots of ecsema but don't know the cause. Will def try these though :)
