My 21 month old has been on 1 nap since she was 14 months old.
Her routine is the following at the moment:
wake up 5.30-6
nap 11.30/12 to 12.30/1
Bedtime 6.30 sometimes 6 when wakes up earlier than 1
I desparately need help...I am soooo frustrated
. This sleep schedule is not working out because when time change comes we are in big trouble.
About 2 months ago, I tried to move her day forward, and she ended OT and started waking up 5.30. And about 1 month ago, her naps got shorter to 1 hour as opposed to 1.15-2. She needs less sleep now.
My question is how can I tweak her routine so that she wakes up later and move some of night sleep to nap hours. Right now she sleeps very well at night- 11.5-12 hours. When I put her down an hour later for Bedtime she sleeps less the next day--will wake up even earlier.
Since she slept 12 hours last night, today she slept 1/2 hour?
This is driving crazy. She is soooooooo sensitive to sleep and gets OT so easily.
