when to stop dreamfeed?
« on: October 22, 2008, 21:54:32 pm »
Hello,
My son is 6 months old, weight 15 lb 9oz (just weighed today), sleeps 13 hr stretches and is usually in bed by 6:30-7pm.  He started solids two weeks ago, has done cereals and a couple of fruits and veggies, with one meal in the morning and one in the evening.  He breastfeeds about 6-8 times/day (about every 3-4 hrs).  I have been doing a dreamfeed at about 10pm before my bedtime and am wondering if it is still necessary?  It generally lasts about 10 minutes, and he often needs to be gently woken up to continue the feed.
Thanks!

I would try and drop it and see what happens. Good Luck!
