How do you get a big pic on your sig?

Ive seen this a couple times, this poster has one, so thought I would show you it as an example.  Just wondering how its done, I want one :D

you can upload your photo to something like photobucket; then you look for some kind of link code on that site that you copy & paste into your signature here
