It's always something, or so it seems.
that is so right, if only that was just a saying and not a reality LOL
How is he today?
He woke at 2:30 this morning and I thought 'woo-hoo only one waking tonight' but he was up again at 4:30 then up for the day at 6:30.
He is happy enough, he might be constipated, he's grunted a few times while feeding even at 4 am but no 'result'. And then there is always the possibility of teething! He was pretty grumpy getting to sleep this morning, and found him in a completely different spot in his cot. He is a little more actively rolling over now, he could do it before but seems more so yesterday and this morning.
I will weigh him when he wakes. I wonder if my milk is up and down... I worked hard a few weeks ago to get it up again after his illness, pumping and frequent feeding, compressions etc. I can tell when he's getting more than he needs as he posits a lot (always happens when there's lot of milk). He did that for a week after increasing my supply but not since. I've not had supply issues overall, but perhaps I'm struggling with keeping up with him. He's a big baby, probably about 9 kilos (almost 20 pound) by now and not taking much solids.
re 9 month growth spurt, I read that one on kellymom site.
I'm getting some help from a dietitian to help me get my food intake right, it swings from not enough to too much (when I feel like I'm starving for several days).
I'm taking it easy today, not getting good sleep as finding it hard to get to sleep then being woken numerous times by everyone else DH, DD, DS then the blurry cat
