I actually had this same kind of pain myself a few weeks ago, and it went away by itself. I used to get a very "dragging" kind of sensation while feeding at the time, coming from under my armpitand then it just went away?!

I've had that before - I think it may be lymph nodes - or something or some kind of gland - I sometimes get it when I'm getting sick!  On the other hand, it could be a blockage - you could try gently massaging it in a hot shower perhaps.  It will probably go by itself in a few days.
Could be the exercises too - particularly if you aren't used to them.
