Is all wheat the same?
« on: December 01, 2008, 19:19:58 pm »
I have offered my dd 100% whole wheat, whole grain bread ad 100% whole grain rice without any problems.
I would like to giver her whole wheat pasta, but I am not sure of whole wheat is pasta is the same that is in the bread and the rice.
Do I need to offer it to her for 4 days to see if their is a reaction? or should we be fine just giving it to her since she had no reaction to the bread or rice?

You should be fine. Whole wheat is pretty much whole wheat in this case.

I agree.  If she was okay with whole wheat bread, which has milk and other things in it, I think she will do fine with just plain whole wheat pasta.
