I made it today.  I took a little bit and YUCK...  I added a little more agave nectar and cocoa and it was a little sweeter tasting.  Tyler took a bit and just looked at me.  He took another bit and spit it out...

Not a hit with us.  It looked really yummy though..

I bought an avocado at the grocery store. The sign said "Ripe Green Avocados," but I don't know where they kept the ripe ones. We're still givign it another day or two to soften up and then try it.

I bet it LOOKS dreadful, though.....green avocado and dark brown cocoa powder? Probably best eaten in the dark!

Oh no, it looks yummy, just like chocolate mouse.  It just did not taste good.

I would've tried it, but spent the better part of last night in the hospital with my daughter, who is almost 3.  She sliced her head opened, had to get 4 stitches, and she had to be put under to get the stitches.  So sad to see her all drugged up like that.  Anyway, perhaps tomorrow!

We were low on cocoa powder but made up the deficit with sugar-free Hershey's chocolate syrup we had in the fridge. We sweetened with xylitol.

OMG!!!!!!! It was SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!! 

Next time we're getting THREE avocados!!!!! (And more cocoa powder... )
