my girl started solid when she was 5 mo old. back till just about a month ago, she was a happy eater and almost ate whatever we put in front of her. now that she is approaching 9 mo, she is suddenly all really picky about what she eats. she is recovering from a cold that lasted a week then followed by bad cough which doc said was caused by nasal drip. one change we had recently was that we moved her from breast feed to formula as my milk is drying out. she resisted it for a long time (only drank at night or right after she woke up from naps) but these days formula is almost all she would have. i am using the "top 100 baby purees" to cook for her but these days she is so fed up with it. she is very interested in what we eat but feeding her grown up food scared me of possible choking...
any recipes would be highly appreciated!
