LOL at this thread!

Michael slaps, nips, pinches and just about mauls me too when
feeding.  Lately I've been using a nursing necklace and he's
becoming fascinated with it....a little less slapping going on too  ;)

mine is of a similar style

Great suggestion Kellie!  Although I do wear necklaces a fair bit and have to take them off to feed her because she won't eat if she's playing with anything!  Oh, and she broke one of my favorites by giving it a good yank!  ::)

LOL yep know what you mean!
The nursing necklaces are very sturdy though.....have had mine
since DD was born and am now using it for DS2!

My dd also slaps, punches, pulls hair and pinches (especially pinches lately) while feeding. I found it gets a little more violent towards then end so I figure she might be running out of milk...  Usually the hair pulling and pinching happens the whole way through the feed though.  I just figured it was a Spirited Baby thing.  She has done it since she was really little - I've never been beaten up so much in my life since she was born  ;).
