Dream feed?? Shall I start?

Hi All,
First time on this site and have found it v helpful so thank you...I have a 3 and half month old baby who feeds every 3 hours last feed is 5pm then he is fed again at 7pm and he usually sleep untill 3ish, wakes for a feed then back off agin untill 6ish.  I've started to read about dream feeding but have never done it...Any ideas? Suggestions? Tips? Is it too late to start? Shall I be thinking more about putting him on a 4 hour routine??? Questions, questions..

Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the boards. Hope you don't mind I changed the colour of your post to purple as the pink didn't show up very well. Also, I moved it over to the EASY forum so you could get responses and have a look through other routines in this section.

I would for sure start the DF now if you feel ready.  One NW and feed is great already, way to go. We started at 4 months so no time is too late. We started 4 hr EASY at 4.5 months but every child is different.
