Having a hard time getting password

I have stayed logged on ever since joining BW, a few days ago I was some how logged off.  I can not remember my password, and the email that was sent to change the password did not work for me.  I made a new account, but would like to log on as my old name.  Could anyone help me change my password to log back on.

i *think* i just managed to change your password to your mommy to one account.  will PM it to you on this account.  :)
