Hi - my little guy (3.5 months) wakes up for a feeding at 4 or 5 am.  I BF him, put him back to bed then wake him up at 7 am to start the day.  He doesn't always take a full feed at 7 but at least I know he's starting his day at the same time he usually does.  During the day I focus on feeding him more to make up the calories he's taking in at 4 or 5 am (I'm on a 3.5 - 4 hour schedule).   A few times he's slept till 6 or 7 am (yay!) though unfortunately it hasn't stuck.   I have noticed though that he is feeding less at 4/ 5 am so I'm hopeful he'll drop this NF soon.

Hope that helps!
