Hi,
My 10.5 month old started NW a few nights ago and we can figure out what's wrong. I did start waking him up earlier in his AM nap because he wasn't tired anymore for his afternoon nap and I read on here that he probably needed less sleep in the morning.
Here is his typical schedule (of course not for the last few nights):
7-7:30am-wake up
7:30am-bottle-6-7 oz.
8:00-breakfast
9-9:30am-nap
10-10:30am-wake up
11:30-bottle-6 oz.
12:00-lunch
1:00-1:30pm-nap
2-2:30pm-wake
3:30-snack-yogurt
5:00-dinner
7:00-7:30pm-bottle-7 oz.
7:45-8pm-in bed
This has worked well for us, but in the last few days, he started to wake up at night. Sometimes, just a couple of times and one time, it was about every hour.
Is he getting too much of something or not enough during the day? Should I let him sleep more in his pm nap (sometimes he'll wake up himself after an hour)? Should I put him down earlier at night?
Please help!
