He went down for that nap... phew. I am putting him to bed earlier for naps, and haven't had any nap refusals since.  His A times in the morning is around 5 to 5.5 hours instead of 6 hours the past few weeks.

Wow, page 30 already!  We only had a 30 min nap all day y'day.  He didn't get up till 7am and we went for a 3 mile walk at 10am and he fell asleep straight away.  Did try for a pm nap but he didn't go to sleep so was ot by bedtime and had a short nw at 450am but at least he went back to sleep.  In the old days he wouldn't of!
