I tell everyone about Tracy and how wonderful her book is. I read it in the hospital while I was waiting for my little girl to arrive. I followed her advice once I got to know my baby. It took a little work and i got through some of the initial frustrations of getting my baby to sleep but after the first 3 months she slept through the night and we have stuck to bath bottle and bed from day 1 and it has been wonderful for my husband and I but most importantly for our daughter.
