Sleep consultant/clinics question
« on: February 26, 2009, 11:26:14 am »
Hi all

Just wondering if anyone in the UK has had any success with anything like a sleep consultant?  I just feel right now that after 2.5 years of waking betwen 4-5am that I have to try something else.  I just worry about how the lack of sleep might be affecting Grace, apart from making her grumpy (she is very spirited anyway) but I think she must be in an constant o/t state and although I have done my best to try and get her to get as much sleep as she can - she just doesn't want to, or can't cos of o/t.

I do of course always appreciate everyones help on here but just wondered if anyone has ever tried a sleep consultant or maybe even had help from GP?

Thanks very much
Lisa

{{{{{hugs}}}}}  I'm not in the UK nor have I used a sleep consultant, so hopefully some other helpful mums will be along shortly - so I'll bump this up for you!
