I think you are right with her being OT.  Last nights sleep went better - she woke a few times, but was able to put herself right back to sleep.  I didn't even attempt the DF.  The naps are a work in progress.

Huge hugs.

I do agree with Charm, that if you lo is OT then it is more difficult to get your lo to feed better.  I would try anything to get your lo caught up on sleep, even if it is APOP (accidental parenting on purpose) as bad habits are far easier to break than the OT monster.

What A times were you working on yesterday?

Her A times yesterday were between 2 and 2.25 hours.  Same as today - and today she's doing pretty good.  Her feeding still isn't going very well - but I suppose that will take some time.

What about her naps?  How long were they?

Her naps were still only between 40 minutes and 1.25 hours.  Not nearly long enough.

The naps are not restful enough  :-\  Can you post a routine of yesterday or today?  That should give us a better idea of what's going on.

Yesterdays routine was thrown off due to my parents being in town for a visit.  But it basically went like this:

Woke at 6:30 am
E 6:45
A 7:45
S 9:00
woke at 9:30
E 10:45, fell asleep until 11:15 then finished bottle
A 11:30
S 1:00 (APOP - car ride to restaurant)
woke at 2:05
E 2:45
A 3:30
S 5:00
A 5:30
E 6:30
S 7:30 - this is when I started the process but she didn't actually fall asleep until after 9:00 pm.  :(

Today has been like this:

Woke 7:30
E 7:45
A 8:50
S 9:45
woke 11:00
E 11:30
A 12:00

We're not at the S part yet as it's only 12:45 here.

From your first A time yesterday, she did 2.5 hours.  I am thinking that this is too much for her as she only had a 30 minute nap.

I would probably aim for about 2 - 2.25 hours A time in the morning and then providing she has a good nap, then do 2.25 hours after that.

If your lo has a short nap, then I would decrease the A time accordingly to compensate for the short nap and help your lo catch up on sleep.

How did the next nap go?

Great sounds like the naps are getting a bit longer.  How long was the A time before the second nap?

I agree with Paula that the 1st a time must have been too long for her since she did 30mins.  Some babies like their first a time to be he shortest, so it might be the case with your lo.

1hr 20mins is much better though.  I am also curious about the a time that got you that.

I put her down for nap around 1:10, so her A time was about 2 hours 10 minutes.  Putting her down for the night has become a major challenge now!  The last 2 nights she has been fighting sleep more than ever.  :(  She didn't take a catnap this afternoon, which is why I believe she's being so difficult tonight.  Not sure why she was having so much trouble last night.  Even being OT, she's never given me this much of a fight.

can we see her routine with the new longer naps please?  I am thinking we need to increase those a times a bit more and drop the catnap, and do an earlier bedtime for a while.  Not all of a sudden though...gradually  ;)

This mornings nap was still only 45 minutes.  I only had her A time at 2 hours.  Trying to figure out this EASY routine can be very time challenging!

Yesterday went like this:
Woke 7:30
E 7:45
A 8:50
S 9:45
woke 11:00
E 11:30
A 12:00
S 1:10
woke 2:30
E 3:15
A 4:00
tried for a catnap around 4:45, but it didn't happen
E 6:00
S 6:45 - well, I put her down then but she didn't actually fall asleep until 7:45.  :(

Todays routine so far has been:

Woke at 7:00
E 7:20
A 8:15
S 9:00
woke at 9:45
she will eat again around 11:00/11:20

It's only 10:30 here, so we have a ways to go for the rest of the day.

Do you think she could do better with a 2.5hrs a time 1st thing?  It sounds like a lot, but since she did 1hr15 nap with 2.25hrs a time, and 45mins nap with 2hrs a time, the only thing left to try is 2.5hrs.

As for today, try for shorter a times after the short naps to compensate.  And try to squeeze in more naps if you can in order to get to bedtime.
