4.5 month old activity

hi :)

My lo is 4.5 months old, we have lots of fun while awake. Can someone give me some good ideas for activities. We have the cot mobile, we read stories, sing and dance, baby gym.  Also he can only stay awake for a max of an hour. is this normal?
