Hello there, I am looking for some advice on introducing solids.
DS is turning 6 month old, his eczema is okaish and luckily he is about to outgrow that ugly reflux

I am giving quite some thoughts on how to go about introducing solids. I plan to introduce vegetables first as they are non acidic so should be more tolerable for a refluxer. Do you agree?

My ped gave me a leaflet stating that introducing vegetables and fruits should be two weeks apart. What do you think?

Carrot, pumkin, potatoe-- these are my choices to start. Which one should go first? or the order is not important? All other vegetables are fine? As far as I know only tomato is bad for a refluxer.

I am very openned to consider more angles to this and would appreciate to read any thoughts you might have

Yeah, I'd try the most non-allergenic first, like the carrot, sweet potato, squash.   Green Beans, corn, and peas are a little higher up on the list, so maybe try the others first?  I was really nervous with corn, but my son has been able to tolerate them all thankfully.   Two weeks is good too, because sometimes it can take a bit for the eczema to kick in and/or clear up from a reaction.  Sounds good!  I hope you have great results! :)
