When your lo wakes early from a nap.  Do you try and resettle her?

I have tried sh/pat which works sometimes and others she is wide eyed just looking at you and it does not work...I find if i go in and se is crying hard with eyes closed it usually works.

When are you going in to Shh/Pat?  For us, the key was to go in PRIOR to her waking.  As SOON as you see your lo stir, start Shh/Patting.

I never dared to do Wake To Sleep.  If I were you, I'd go into the room PRIOR to her waking.  So for example, if she typically wakes right at 40 minutes, go into her room at 30 minutes and just WAIT.  The second you see her stir, start shushing and patting.

Does that make sense?

Do you think since she is almost 5 months even though her naps are not good i should try to get her on a four hour easy schedule?
