Pretty sure- she is barely spitting up at all. When she cries at night and we put her upright, her crying doesn't change

I popped over to the NW board because I was desperate, but am back here because her naps are really the source of all the problems. She has 2-3 NWs, sometimes up for 1-1 1/2 hrs. I think she is so OT and we can't get out of it. Here is what it has been looking like. We now have a 515 wake:) I can usually feed her a little and get her back down to 630 or 700, but not always. Here is our average day....all naps are broken and sometimes she only sleeps 45 minutes, but this is assuming that she is down for 1 1/2 hrs. A 2 hr nap is nowhere to be found.
Wake 515, can feed a little and maybe go back to sleep…
E 630
A 645-800 (start wind down at 740)
S 800-930/945 if I can get her through 45 min mark, but usually wakes
E 945
A 945-1115, wind down at 1055
S 1115-1245 (same as above)
E 1245
A 1245-215
S 215-345: this is where she has been waking most at 30 minutes.
E 345
A 345-515/530 depending on when she is tired and how long it takes her to go to sleep
S 530-600- this one used to be 45 min and is now 30 min
Bath 615
E 630 and eats until 715/730 when she goes to bed
Df 1030

The one good thing is that I can now put her down awake for naps and she will talk to herself for 5 minutes and go to sleep.

Let's start a new thread for you, using your most recent post (maybe with some background history added).  Once you get to page 5 you're not going to get any new input, and I'm obviously not getting us where we need to be darn it! So, start a new post and I'll see if I can't flag down some other mods to take a look and see what they have to offer!
