She's 8 months old.
She normally wakes at 7 am but today woke at 6 am.
We only started her on EASY 10 days ago for the first time.
I'm trying to get her to 2.5-3 hours of A time.
She just got really tired & I put her to nap at 8:40 am, 2 hours 40 minutes after waking at 6, but only 1 hour 40 minutes after I turned on the lights & let her get "up".

Normally the morning A time is the shortest anyway, but yes, if she didn't go to sleep, I would count that as A time.  I am trying to stretch my LO's morning wake up, so if he gets up before I want him to, I do take in to consideration the amount of time he was awake, when I am planning for his nap even when it was before he was suppose to wake.  It will throw the whole routine an hour off but maybe you can play catch up in small increments of time so that you can get her in bed at her usual time.
