hmm so basically 6hr A then 2 hr nap and then 6 hr A leading to a 10 hr night...
lets see ist 12:15 and he just fell asleep so maybe I will wake him up at 2 (1.75 hr nap) and then have him in bed by 7:30 and hopefully asleep by 8ish and then up anytime after 6.
or wake him up at 1:45 so 1.5 hrs sleep??
In my dream world I would have a 1.5 hr nap and the rest would be night sleep, but then I am a dreamer...
what do you think?
Should i stick to a and nap times or should I do clock times.
whatever I do I nee dto stick to it for a week and only then make sense, this daily change is not working.
