Swaddle for naptime?

My child is 9 weeks old - is the suggestion that I swaddle her for everytime I put her down - or just when trying to get her to sleep @ night?

Swaddling can work really well as a sleep cue for some babies, so if it works for your baby, by all means, swaddle at all sleep times.
