Anything with milk in it will contain lactose. Different people with lactose intolerance can tolerate different amounts of lactose, so you may find she's ok with a little bit of milk (and therefore lactose) in solids, but can't tolerate the amounts that are in normal milk.
Where are you? As you progress with solids, if this is an ongoing problem, you may find that you can get a good range of dairy foods that are lactose free. Otherwise, there are lots of soy alternatives. My dd has some lactose intolerance, she is ok with eg real milk in baking etc, but not with cheese, yogurt and straight milk.
Good luck!
