signs your lo is ready to drop last nap?

Is there a link for more information on this subject, or a list of signs that a lo is ready to drop the last nap?  I was surprised not to find a section on this in Tracy's toddler book - or at least I couldn't find it.  If you know of any links, please share them!

Here are the 2 links for support groups for dropping the nap depending on your child's age generally the signs are:

Refusing to nap
Falling asleep for a nap but to late in the afternoon and then taking a long time to fall asleep at night
Early wakings
Very short nights

Generally this starts happening anywhere around 2-3yrs of age however some do it later like my DD1. If you don't want to cut the nap completely to begin with you can do what i am doing and alot of others are doing and only offer a nap every 2nd or 3rd day and limiting the nap to 45mins when they do nap.
