Help with activities - don't want to overstimulate
« on: April 19, 2009, 10:11:15 am »
Hi

I have a 14 week old baby who is a serial cat napper (45mins) and it was suggested that she may be overstimulated.  Can anyone give me some ideas as to what to do during A to ensure she isn't overstimulated... Her A time is 1.10 with 10mins wind down.

I currently put her in her rocker for 15mins (helps keep her food down), and then let her play on her mat she loves to kick, smile at the wall, try to roll and then she has tummy time.  I used to read, sing and play under her gym with her.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated I am hoping to crack this napping business  :D
