Hi there - you mentioned that he is also being treated for reflux.  What with?  It's possible that it could be affecting him - not wanting to drink as much...

I'd just be very cautious about overdoing the solids compared to the formula.  There's really no way (and particularly with all his dietary constraints) for him to get the nutrients and particularly things like the fats that he needs from the solids you can feed him.  I'm rather surprised that your health care providers even suggested the solids at such a young age.

He has gaviscone but only 1 sachet as he doesnt drink enough milk 2 have the 2
I think they only suggested it cos i was there every week for about 2 months asking why wont he take a bottle but loves the spoon
Last nite i tried him in his room 2 take more but fought it then after bath i had 2 offer him his bottle as he still had 2oz of aptamil 2 take and there was no fighting 2day i tried feeding him a little while after he got up I always give bottle first as he has 2 have his aptamil b4 solids at 6.45 so i keep it the same 4 morning 1 bottle first No difference fought the bottle taking 2oz and took the rusk with 1oz milk no problem Then 11ish he fought 3oz aptamil and 1oz analog He has been generally happy 2day with a 2hr sleep this morning and up2 1hr at the mo

Hey Lex   ;D

Can you mix the 2 milks in one bottle? Maybe it's the taste he dislikes? Or even adding a little of the one he is ok with to the one he doesn't like? I know nothing about the milks so unsure if there is a reason they can't go in one bottle - they mix in his belly so isn't it the same idea?

Good news!  Some reflux meds are weight sensitive so keep this in mind when he starts to refuse to eat his milk feeds or solids.
