A time for an 11 month old?
« on: June 13, 2009, 19:17:20 pm »
Hi,

How much A time should DD be having?  We're emigrating to Oz in 2 weeks  ;D, so I know her routine will be thrown slightly, but I just wondered? ???

Rachel I find that DS's A time is really unpredictable and sooooooo much more than before, it depends on what he's been doing for that A time.

We do 3.5 hours in the morning before first nap, shorter if he's had a good tiring jump in his doorway bouncer (mommy trick)
Nap 1h15 to 1h30 min

Afternoon A time is 3h45 minutes USUALLY, sometimes can be 15 minutes shorter or longer
Nap 45 min to 1 hour

Before bed A time is 3h30 to 3h45 depending on his naps.

He then does an 11.5 hour night.

Also If I have to wake him from one of his naps, I find that his A time is shorter than if he woke up on his own.
