Was thinking of you Rachel and wondering how your move went - both the actual move-move and the settling in part! Ours went well, we are getting adjusted to Germany and I am starting to find my feet!
I bought some mackerel today (tinned not fresh) and am going to try the same thing with it. I've found that if I spread anything like tuna, sardines, etc on toast or bread, DS will pick it off and fling it, but if I roll the bread out flat, spread the spread on and then roll it into a log and slice it, he will actually eat the large majority of it.
So now my question is...what to do with a tin of mackerel! LOL. Mush it with mayo like you do with tuna?
