Rash on cheek
« on: September 04, 2009, 00:22:53 am »
My 9.5mth old DD has been getting some rashes on her cheeks. Is this a food allergy or is it teething?

Has she had any new food lately?  Does it come or go or is it there all the time?

I haven't introduced any new foods. She is eating more dairy though! The rash is a little bumpy in some areas.
She is teething.

Well, I'd guess and say it's the teething, as no new food at all.  Most babies get the rash on the cheeks while teething.  There are some nice creams, like Aveeno, that a lot of moms rave about here.  Hopefully something like that will help.  :)
