SOS - desperate for some EASY advice for 3 moth old
« on: October 02, 2009, 01:23:47 am »

Hey Guys,

Firstly let me just say finding this site has truly made my day bearable!  ;D
I am a first time mum to a beautiful little girl Ruby. However the last few weeks have been a nightmare for both parties. I am trying so hard to create some sort of structure so that we have some form of consistency but nothing seems to work.

So i would love to know if anyone else out there has a sleep plan they would like to share, i would be ever do grateful.

Sx

p.s - Ruby could win a gold medal for fighting sleep

Why don't you post your EASY routine for us to see? :)

I've posted numerous posts in the last week..I've been living in the NAPS forum. Take a look there? Think about Ruby's activity time..her night time ritual ..we'll figure it out!

Also, keep in mind that 3 months has a growth spurt!

Welcome btw :)
Just remember to not lose sight of your beautiful baby girl! She's a gift and we tend to lose sight of that and get caught up in the EASY..it WILL work out for you! EASY just falls into place...don't stress! :):)

Look forward to hearing from you tomorrow!
