I've got some info on sleepwalking and night terrors...yes, how old is the child, what time of night is it occurring (first 2-3 hours of sleep or in early AM?), what do the nightmares look like- is the child able to wake afterwards? comforts quickly?
Make sure the room is safe, all doors to outside are locked, stairs are gated off, etc. etc...
