Annette it might just be a case of extending her first A time and cutting the morning nap a tiny bit. Not sure if you went through this at about 6/7 months or so, which is another common time for it to happen, but when LOs take a leap in A time needs, quite often at this age they "show" that by waking earlier in the morning. That way they get the longer A time that they need, and still take the nap. I may not be phrasing that well, but do you kwim?
So it could be that she is ready to push her morning A time a bit longer - start by adding 10-15 minutes to her A time for a few days. Not too much more at once, do it gradually. You may not see a change in her morning wake up for a couple of days as it takes some time to "sink in" with them. After 3-5 days, push the morning nap another 10-15 minutes later.
While this seems to work for most babies, my LO needed a bit more to it. It wasn't enough for him to have his A time pushed, because he was still sleeping as long as he wanted. And as long as he was waking on his own from his morning nap, then he would wake early, because he knew he could just sleep as much as he needed to for his nap. So, I had to start cutting that early as well. I didn't want to create OT by pushing the nap later AND waking him 10 minutes earlier as that seems a big change at once (my LO can be touchy with sleep!) so after two days of pushing the nap, I would wake him from it 5 minutes early...just enough to say "Hey, **I** decide, not you!"

So, routine wise, here is what I would try
Nap 1 - closer to 10am, let sleep for 1hr15minutes or so
Nap 2 around 240 - 400 (or as long as she will sleep)
Bed - closer to 715/730ish
So you are stretching her morning A time and then pushing her day out a bit for the rest of the day, incl a little bit of a later bedtime. See how you get on with this after a few days if it has started to make a difference.
