1st birthday cake recipe

Hi, next month is DS's 1st birthday. Im planning to make a homemade birthday cake. I wonder if anyone has a birthday cake recipe that is healthy and using baby safe ingredients. So far he doesnt have any allergic. Thanks !

You could do a search for wacky cake - it has no eggs or milk.  It is a chocolate cake, but definitely not healthy!  I've always love chocolate zucchini cake, again not really healthy but it does have the added vegetable.  It is really moist.  Carrot cake would be another.

Hopefully someone else has more "healthy" ideas for you!
