breaky - vegemite and grilled cheese on toast and some of my fruit muffin, diluted juice
snack - fruit stick and small muesli bar (out and about), some donut, water
lunch - quasidellas (kidney beans, salsa, avocado, cheese), milk
snack - 1 apricot, 10 lychees (his new fav fruit of the week), one mouthful of yoghurt and refused rest, water
dinner - egg fried rice, tuna, beans, milk
