Becky, thanks for all your help first of all! :)
I've shorten A time and we're doing somewhere about 5.15 hrs - 5.40 hrs - she's in bed usually at 5 hrs after waking up (+ - few mins).
She's been napping better - sometimes it was as long as 2 hrs! But usually it's between 1.20-1.45 hrs.
There was one day, she couldn't fall asleep even when I was with her - she didn't nap that day. She was laying there for 2 hrs talking.
And she has started waking up at night few times, but I know her molars are coming out and probably that's the problem.
The other new thing is, that we had few days with EW's. She was usually up at 7.30 - 8.00 am, and last week we had 3 days when she was up as early as 5.15 am! Today we had 6.45 waking up, but yesterday she was sleeping till 7.45 am.
She's in bed in the evening after 5 hrs of A time, asleep usually within few minutes.
Should I do something with it? Like lenghten her A time before bed? Or maybe shorten it?
Anna

If she's asleep within a few minutes at bedtime I would shorten, not lengthen if anything.

Your wakings and nap lengths are all over the map.  I suspect teeth rather than routine problems.  Overall it sounds like she's doing pretty well!

Medicate before bedtime and see fi that helps at all.

You could *try* putting her down for bed a bit earlier.  Nap might need to be a tad later.  But for both I would try 15 minute change first, and then a max of 30 minutes.  But you risk making things go a bit wonky if you do that.

Becky, it's me again :)
Amelia has started to wake up earlier and earlier in the morning. It's been few days now. She was up kinda late lately - around 7.45, even 8. Now it's 7.15 am, the next day 7 am, yesterday 6.45 and today 6.40 am.
Does it mean I should shorten her last A time? It's been around 5-5.5 hrs till in bed. She's asleep within minutes.
Does 1,5 hr nap sound ok in her age?
Thanks.

Let's start a new thread b/c this is a new problem, and we'll work it thru!

Start off with her current routine and her age - is it  23 months?
