i posted about 2 months ago when dd turned 4 months and her routine was not "working" and we had many night wakings. She was doing great up until this last growth spurt. She is turning 6 months next week. She is also starting to get up and rock on her knees to crawl. I don't know if these nw's are b/c of needing more "a" time or mobility but how do i make them stop??? Her naps have been short as well. She was on a beautiful 4 hour EASY. Here is her "routine" since she started the NW's..
6:45 Awake
7 BF
8 Fruit
9 Sleep (for about 45 min)
11 BF
12 Sleep (for about 45 min)
3 BF (usually starts to fall asleep because of the short naps)
3:15 pm sleep (for about 45 min)
5 pm veggie/cereal
6:40 pm BF
7 pm Bed
I started to bump the "a" time from 2 hours to 2.25 hours last week and got one long 2 hour nap in the morning and I thought that would do the trick but that was 1 out of 4 days. Should I just keep trying to get her to do the 2.25 between each nap? Sometimes I cut down to 2 hours if her nap was short and she is cranky. I don't think she needs the CN anymore.
