My little girl is normally a really good sleeper but last couple of weeks I dont know where im at with her routine. No 2 days are the same. Here is what we do at the minute but she wont take any longer that 1hr 30 min naps and talks on for ages at nap time and bed time. Can anyone suggest some changes? Hope someone can help. Tonight she went straight to sleep at 7pm then woke at 8pm playing and talking on?
7.30 - wakes
8.00 - breakfast
10.00 - snack
12.00 - lunch
12.30 - nap (usually talks on for 30 mins)
2.30 - wakes
5.00 - tea
7.00 - bottle and bed
