Need help with changes to my account

I REALLY need to update my user name and ticker since having DD2.  Not sure how to do this.  Can some one help?

Look here to change & update your tickers:

To change your username:
- click on 'User CP' (look at the row of blue buttons underneath your avatar at the top of the screen)
- click on 'Account Related Settings' (look at the menus on the left-hand side of the screen)
- underneath where is says Username, click on 'change'
- follow the directions

Jamie- Thanks for your reply.  I am just getting some time to work on it.  I cant seem to remember my password though to change my user name.  Anyway to help with that?  Thanks Teresa
