When you said your DH is worried that she won't take him, I didn't realise this was still a "trial" but in that case, then I agree, I wouldn't worry too much.
Its not a trial in the sense that she doesn't know if she wants to or not. Its just that she doesn't need this as her income. Its extra income but she doesn't have other kids to care for so not so much a business as a someone who's keeping herself busy. Well, that doesn't sound right either..... LOL She could change her mind anytime and not take any other kids and be fine I guess I'm trying to say. The last kid she sat stopped in September.....I just wouldn't want her to think he's too young kind of thing, vs a 2 yr old....

Now some of the things you said make sense. You had said it wasn't early enough at one point I got confused....these long posts do that don't they?
I agree that the 15 min thing has to begin once some days are consistent. You don't mean doing that even though he's only on one nap do you?
