Here is Joey's schedule at 14 weeks.  I don't wake him unless I'm protecting his third catnap or bedtime.  I also don't do a DF.

wake up anywhere from 7-7:30 but I try to not feed until 7:30
E 7:30
A
S 9:20-11:30
E 11:30
A
S 1:30-3:30
E 3:30
A
S 5:30-6:00
E 7:00
A Bath
E 7:45ish (just an ounce or two to make sure he goes to sleep not hungry)
S 8:15 p.m. asleep

If he wakes up early from a nap, we have A time before E.  If he wakes up late, everything is pushed back ... basically he just always goes down two hours after waking up.

Hi
Katelyn is 6 months old and I thought I would share her schedule even though we are still transitioning from 3-2 naps and trying to extend her wake time from 2/2.5 hours to 3 hours.  She is bf and gets 3 meals of cereal/fruit/veggies

A 8:30 breakfast
S 9:30 nap (1.5 hours usually)

E 11:00 bf
A12:30 lunch
S 1:00/1:30 nap

E 2:30/3:00 bf
A
S 4:30 nap ( short, never more than 30 min. trying to phase this one out
   with longer wake time.)

A 6:00 dinner
A 7:00 bath, massage, pj's, story or lullaby
E 7:15/7:30 bf

E wakes 1 time at night to bf, never consistent time, one night 2:00am
